-> Instrumentation
Our instrumentation courses are designed to provide delegates
with all the skills
and knowledge they require to carry out their work on a day
to day basis, or to
enhance their current skills whilst at work.
Our well equipped training facility offers delegates practical
hands-on experience
of a wide range of instruments which are currently used on-site
nationally and
internationally.
We have in the past offered a large range of instrumentation
courses but we
have found that those listed below are the most beneficial for
delegates. We also
regularly tailor-make courses, using our expertise in the training
industry and our
in-depth knowledge of the clients’ preferred subject areas,
to develop solutions
that best satisfy clients’ business and industry needs.
Courses offered
Measurement
and Control Appreciation - 5 day
Aim - To provide an appreciation of the operation and application
of process plant
instrumentation used for the measurement and display of the
main process
variables of pressure, level, flow and temperature.
Pre-requisite - Suited to those personnel who require to be
acquainted with the actual work carried out by instrument personnel
and who are involved with instrumentation
personnel on a daily basis.
Course Duration - The course is of ten days duration.
Optimum Number - Maximum of 6 delegates per course.
Training Aids - Use will be made of lecture notes, audio-visual
presentation and discussion.
Assessment - Delegates do not do a direct assessment. However,
all delegates are closely monitored to make sure they fully
understand.
